OUR HYBRID SCHEDULE
Hybrid Patient Care Technician (PCT) Certification Program Overview
- All students are required to attend virtual sessions every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM for the theoretical portion of each course.
In-person sessions will be scheduled collaboratively between each group and instructor to ensure maximum attendance and consistency. - Phase I – Phlebotomy Technician Certification
📅 November 10, 2025 – January 16, 2026
Eight-week foundation course ending with the Phlebotomy Certification Exam.
Includes Christmas Break during the holiday period. - Phase II – Boot Camp Week (PCT Intensive)
📅 Week of January 26, 2026
Hands-on, accelerated in-person training focusing on key PCT skills. - Phase III – EKG Technician Certification
📅 February 2 – February 27, 2026
Four-week course with final EKG Certification Exam; includes Presidents’ Day. - Phase IV – PCT Review & Practical Rotation
📅 March 2 – March 24, 2026
Three-week advanced patient-care review integrating all core components. - Final Week – PCT Final Exam & Completion
📅 March 27 – March 29, 2026
Concludes with the Patient Care Technician Final Examination and Review. - All in-person sessions will be held on Saturdays from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM, totaling six Saturdays throughout the program.

CNA to PCT Pipeline Program
Our Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to Patient Care Technician (PCT) Pipeline Program is designed to advance the careers of current CNAs by providing the additional skills, certifications, and hands-on training required to become a fully credentialed PCT.
Offered ONLY in Hybrid modality, the program integrates:
- Phlebotomy Technician Certification (blood draws and specimen handling)
- EKG Technician Certification (cardiac monitoring and rhythm interpretation)
- PCT Exam Preparation and Review (comprehensive exam readiness)
This structured pipeline allows participants to complete all required components, while maintaining flexibility through hybrid online modules combined with in-person labs and clinical practice.
Graduates of the program will be eligible to sit for national certification exams and will be prepared to work in hospitals, rehabilitation centers, outpatient facilities, and other healthcare environments as Certified Patient Care Technicians.
