These Terms of Use and Conditions constitute an agreement (“Agreement”) between you (“you”, “your”, “user”, “client”, “his”, “him”, “their” “her” or “customer”) and CPR Courses International L.L.C. (“CPR Courses International L.L.C.”, “C.C.I.”, “us”, “we” or “our”) for all products, services (“services”) and websites (“Website(s)”).

Any of the following actions constitute your agreement, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by, and to comply with, the terms of this Agreement: your initialization or purchase of our Services, either on the telephone, mail or through the Website; or your use of the Website.

2. CPR Courses International L.L.C.’s Services

You understand that C.C.I. provides certification training in CPR, AED, First-Aid, Bloodborne Pathogens and Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers, Workplace Employees and our Community. C.C.I. provides self-training through the materials found on the Website(s) you’re your own direction. Our services are designed with OSHA, American Safety and Health Institute, U.S. Department of Education, American Red Cross and The American Heart Association’s guidelines in recommendation. At no time does C.C.I. represent any person in their certification needs – it is up to our client to choose freely in His/her own direction.

3. Certification and Wallet Card

· Our certification is given to our customers in good faith that they fully understand the coursework and all materials provided and have completed the test given with a passing grade to receive our certificate and wallet card. Only upon Payment will any of C.C.I.’s customers be deemed Certified in the specific area of training. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DISCONTINUE THE VALIDITY OF ANY PERSONS CERTIFICATION AT ANYTIME. If we receive our client’s mail “returned to sender” we do not reship to the same address.

· Hard Card – are given free of charge and can NOT be given at any time of our choosing. The cards are not a purchased item and in not being so, they’re given as a gift. It is stated that we are not required to give customers cards, however, we do so as a complimentary, by choice.

· Each certification can only have one individuals name on it. If a purchase is made with more than one individual name on the certification than the certificate is invalid. It is the customer’s responsibility to understand these terms before making any purchases and/or the individuals will have to follow our refund instructions before any refunds are made.

· Reminder of Re-Certification – C.C.I. is not responsible for reminding you of your future re-certification or obligations relating to your certification requirements. However, we will reach out in our best efforts to contact you via email. On occasion, we will send Thank You, Holiday, etc. emails.

· Download & Verify is designed to quickly Verify our clients’ certification and/or Download when in need. This tool is designed for our users, users’ affiliates, employer, etc. for the specific reason stated above. In no way is the tool used for any other reason.

· Purchases Made by Your Agent/Representative — You agree and understand that if an employer, friend or agent act on your behalf and purchases our service for you or your company, you are bound by all the terms of this agreement herein.

· Refund Policy– C.C.I. guarantees your satisfaction with our services. In the event that your Certification is denied we will use our best efforts to resolve your matter by either correcting the situation or by providing a refund. All refund requests must be made within thirty (30) days. ANY REQUESTS AFTER SUCH TIME WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. Furthermore, you are responsible for asking for the refund and providing 1) Your Full Name. 2) Email Address Used for Purchase. In the event in which the purchaser canc 3) Mailing Address. 4) Name of Purchaser. 5) Written Proof of Denial with actual Signature (not printed). 6) Name of Agency/Employer. 7) Reason for Rejection. 8) Returned Wallet Cards. When you email us your request, we will provide you with the instructions for obtaining the refund. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED WITHOUT FULFILLING ALL STEPS. In the event in which the purchaser agrees to pay for our service in full but is unable to attend the date and time of the course, A REFUND OR A TRANSFER OF DATE FOR COURSE WILL NOT BE ISSUED, NO EXCEPTIONS. PURCHASER MUST PAY AGAIN FOR THE COURSE IF THEY CHOOSE TO REGISTER FOR THE COURSE AT A LATER DATE OR TIME. 

Non-Refundable Deposit Policy
All deposits, including partial payments made towards any product or service offered by CPR Courses International LLC (C.C.I.), are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE. This applies to all certification programs, training, and services provided in any format, including in-person, hybrid, or fully virtual settings. Once payment is made, clients agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

CPR Courses International LLC (C.C.I.) provides services and operates the website located at https://cprcourses.org. These Terms of Use and Conditions form an agreement ("Agreement") between you (“you”, “your”, “user”, “client”, “customer”) and CPR Courses International LLC ("C.C.I.", “us”, “we”, “our”).    Payments made towards any course or certification are non-refundable, including deposits and partial payments. In the event of cancellation or inability to attend a scheduled course, clients must re-register and pay for a new course at their own cost.

IN THE EVENT IN WHICH LESS THAN 5 REGISTRANTS ARE CONFIRMED FOR A GROUP COURSE, THE INSTRUCTOR MAY OPEN THE COURSE TO THE COMMUNITY IN ORDER TO OBTAIN ENOUGH STUDENTS IN THE INTEREST OF SUSTAINABILITY. 

· You understand that C.C.I. website cannot and does not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading from the Internet will be free of viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other code that may manifest contaminating or destructive properties. You are responsible for implementing enough procedures and checkpoints to satisfy your particular requirements for accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining a means external to this site for any reconstruction of any lost data. You agree to cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defense of any claim. C.C.I. reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you for which you will remain responsible for indemnifying and holding C.C.I. harmless.

9.3 Choice of Law – These Terms of Use and Conditions will apply in any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and C.C.I., CPR Courses International L.L.C., LLC, or its subsidiaries, divisions, or affiliates shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any action brought to enforce this Agreement or matters related to the C.C.I.’s website or CPR Courses International L.L.C., LLC will be brought in either the state or federal courts of New York; provided, however, that notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms of Use and Conditions to the contrary, we shall have the right to institute judicial proceedings against you or anyone acting by, through or under you, in order to enforce our rights hereunder through reformation of contract, specific performance, injunction or similar equitable relief. You consent to the jurisdiction of such courts and irrevocably waive any objection, including without limitation any objection to the laying of venue or based on the grounds of Choice of Law non convenient, which you may now or hereafter have to the bringing of any such action or proceeding in such jurisdiction. Nothing in the articles should be considered, or used as a substitute for, medical advice, diagnosis, sole prevention or treatment. All articles are provided “as is”.

9.6 Non-affiliation – C.C.I. is an independently owned and operated website and are not associated with, affiliated with or endorsed by other providers.

If CPR information is provided, CPR and First Aid procedures should be performed only on persons who require them and generally under the supervision of a licensed professional. Users of C.C.I. are advised to contact their local or state licensing agency that has authority regulate CPR and First Aid Certification.

You understand, acknowledge, and agree that the operation of certain programs, services, tools, materials, or information in the Site requires the submission, use and dissemination of various personal identifying information. Accordingly, if you wish to access and use those programs, services, tools, materials, or information of the Site, you acknowledge and agree that your use of the Site will constitute acceptance of the personal identifying information collection and use practices contained in the privacy policy posted on the Site.
