Exclusivo para Flebotomistas Certificados
Esta capacitación especializada está dirigida a flebotomistas con certificación nacional que desean ampliar sus conocimientos en el uso y aplicación del Plasma Rico en Plaquetas (PRP) de manera tópica, en combinación con la tecnología del Dermapen. Este entrenamiento NO incluye inyecciones, ya que el trabajo se limita exclusivamente a procedimientos tópicos y superficiales dentro del marco permitido por la normativa vigente.
Descripción General del Procedimiento
El PRP se obtiene mediante extracción sanguínea del propio paciente, seguida de un proceso de centrifugación que concentra las plaquetas y sus factores de crecimiento. En esta capacitación, el PRP se utiliza únicamente de forma tópica, aplicándolo directamente sobre la superficie de la piel como un suero o gotero.
Posteriormente, se utiliza el Dermapen, un dispositivo de microagujas que trabaja a nivel de la epidermis, facilitando la absorción del PRP y estimulando la regeneración cutánea superficial. Las microagujas NO alcanzan niveles dérmicos profundos ni equivalen a una inyección.
Objetivos del Entrenamiento
Los participantes aprenderán a:
- Comprender los principios del PRP, su obtención y sus beneficios tópicos.
- Realizar extracciones de sangre seguras y adecuadas para la obtención de PRP.
- Procesar la muestra mediante centrifugación para aislar plasma de alta concentración plaquetaria.
- Aplicar PRP de manera tópica siguiendo técnica estéril y protocolos de seguridad.
- Utilizar correctamente el Dermapen para favorecer la penetración superficial del plasma.
- Identificar las limitaciones legales y éticas del procedimiento, dejando claro que este curso no autoriza ni enseña técnicas de inyección.
Contenido del Curso
- Biología básica de las plaquetas y factores de crecimiento.
- Procesos de extracción, manipulación y centrifugación del PRP.
- Uso tópico del PRP: indicaciones, beneficios y cuidados posteriores.
- Funcionamiento del Dermapen: profundidad, microagujas y seguridad.
- Técnica combinada: PRP tópico + Dermapen para absorción superficial.
- Normativas, alcance profesional y protocolos de higiene.
Resultados de la Capacitación
Al finalizar, el participante estará preparado para:
- Extraer sangre de forma profesional para la obtención de PRP.
- Procesar PRP adecuadamente para uso tópico.
- Aplicar PRP en combinación con Dermapen a nivel superficial.
- Asistir en procedimientos de regeneración cutánea no invasiva.
Este curso NO autoriza la administración de PRP mediante inyección ni técnicas invasivas.
