CNA to PCT Pipeline Program
Our Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to Patient Care Technician (PCT) Pipeline Program is designed to advance the careers of current CNAs by providing the additional skills, certifications, and hands-on training required to become a fully credentialed PCT.
Offered in both Hybrid and In-Person formats, the program integrates:
- Phlebotomy Technician Certification (blood draws and specimen handling)
- EKG Technician Certification (cardiac monitoring and rhythm interpretation)
- PCT Exam Preparation and Review (comprehensive exam readiness)
This structured pipeline allows participants to complete all required components totaling 320 hours of training, while maintaining flexibility through hybrid online modules combined with in-person labs and clinical practice.
Graduates of the program will be eligible to sit for national certification exams and will be prepared to work in hospitals, rehabilitation centers, outpatient facilities, and other healthcare environments as Certified Patient Care Technicians.
